Since our Quality Program is the responsibility shared by all employees, management is committed to ensuring that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained by everyone in the company:

  • Management will not ignore the quality concern of any customer or employee
  • Management will assess the effectiveness of the Quality System on a regular basis and, as required, direct internal efforts towards continuous improvement.

Where necessary, Iris Power LP will provide products which will meet or exceed the standards set by external regulatory agencies such as the European Commission's ATEX directives, the Canadian Standards Association and the National Electrical Code "Hazardous Locations" certification requirements.

      • Determine the true condition of large electrical machines with IRIS Power diagnostic instrumentation and services.
      • Predict and prevent failures in generators, large motors, dry type transformers, and switchgear.
