Iris Power LP (referred to herein as "IRIS"), has adopted this privacy guideline for its website. This guideline has been developed with the recognition that Internet technologies are rapidly evolving, and that underlying business models are still not established. Accordingly, this guideline is subject to change without notice.

Although we try to link only to Web sites that share our respect for customer and visitor information privacy, IRIS is not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of Web sites to which it may provide links.

IRIS encourages the use of the internet and the IRIS website. Below is information on what information may be gathered.

Some IRIS web pages allow registration. When you visit a registered IRIS Web site, we will track your site usage, including the pages you visit and other information that may help IRIS improve service to you. Upon request, IRIS will (a) remove you and your personal information from our database, thereby canceling your registration; (b) correct personal information that you state is erroneous.

Does IRIS share the information it gathers and/or tracks?

We do not release personal information about you as an individual to third parties, except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, as described in General Conditions and Legal Notices. IRIS will provide you all of your personal information provided at registration upon request. This information will only be sent to the e-mail address on file for the subscriber ID associated with it.

A Special Note About Children

We encourage everyone to visit our sites and learn about IRIS. However, children are not eligible to register to use IRIS's services, and we ask that minors not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you may use this service only in conjunction with a parent or guardian.
