Repair & Calibration of Test Instruments

If you need to ship your IRIS or ADWEL instrument to our Toronto Head Office (in Mississauga) for upgrades, calibration, repair or any other reason, please contact us for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.

Step #1

Contact technical support to request an RMA either by email or telephone:

Be prepared to provide the product serial number and customer name, if applicable.

 

Step #2

If applicable, a quote will be provided. In these cases, a Purchase Order will be required before an RMA is issued.

 

Step #3

Wait to receive an RMA number. With this number, all shipping information and documentation will be provided. The documents provided for customs clearance need to be given the freight forwarder in order to gain customs clearance in Canada. - The goods can then be shipped to Toronto.

With the RMA number our normal turnaround time is 4 weeks from the time of receiving the goods in Toronto.
